ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE AGREEMENTBy purchasing, downloading, or using an image (“Image”) from Magic Moments Photography (“Licensor”), the purchaser (“Licensee”) agrees to these terms.1. LICENSE GRANT. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use purchased Images within the scope permitted by this Agreement. “Royalty-free” means no recurring usage fees for permitted uses. Licensor retains all copyrights and ownership.2. PERMITTED USE. Images may be used for personal, editorial, professional, promotional, and commercial communications, including websites, advertising, presentations, publications, and displays, subject to these terms. Images may be reproduced, resized, or formatted for those uses. This license does not authorize manufacturing or selling products featuring the Images.3. COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS EXCLUDED. Manufacturing, producing, selling, distributing, or licensing merchandise or products incorporating Images — including wall art or prints for resale, home décor, mugs, textiles, and other retail goods — requires a separate written Commercial Product License from Licensor. Purchase of an Image, package, Gallery, or Archive does not grant those rights.4. RESTRICTIONS. Licensee may not sell, sublicense, transfer, share, or redistribute Images as standalone digital files; place Images in stock libraries, downloadable templates, or products for resale; claim authorship or ownership; or use Images unlawfully, misleadingly, or in a defamatory manner. No rights are granted to third parties.5. ARTISTIC INTEGRITY. Reasonable cropping, resizing, and formatting for permitted uses are allowed, but changes must not materially misrepresent the work.6. ATTRIBUTION. Credit is not required unless separately agreed in writing.7. TERM AND BREACH. This license continues indefinitely unless a different term is agreed in writing. Material breach may result in termination upon written notice. Following termination, Licensee must cease use and distribution of the affected Images.8. OTHER RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any expanded use requires Licensor’s prior written authorization.By selecting “Accept,” Licensee confirms agreement to these terms.
